Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Market Math (Toán Chợ) ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

These Terms apply to all KBWorks apps unless an app-specific agreement states otherwise.

1. License to Use

KBWorks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on devices you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Application
• Use the Application for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the Application in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. In-App Purchases

The Application may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the store's refund policy.

4. Advertisements

The Application may display third-party advertisements via Google AdMob. These advertisements are governed by the respective advertiser's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

5. Intellectual Property

The Application, including all content, graphics, code, game mechanics, and branding, is the exclusive property of KBWorks and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. KBWorks does not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KBWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application, even if KBWorks has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must cease using the Application and delete all copies from your devices.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

KBWorks reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
