Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how KBWorks ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use Market Math (Toán Chợ) on iOS or Android. By using the Application, you consent to the practices described below.
This policy applies to all KBWorks apps unless an app-specific policy states otherwise.
Information We Collect
The Application automatically collects the following data to operate and improve the service:
- Device IP address
- Pages and features visited, visit timing, and time spent
- Application usage duration
- Mobile device operating system
We do not collect precise location information from your device. We do not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your personal data.
Advertising Identifiers
iOS (Apple IDFA): We request access to the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) via the App Tracking Transparency prompt at first launch. If you consent, ads may be personalized. You can change this at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Android (Google AAID): Google AdMob uses the Android Advertising ID (AAID) for advertising purposes. You can opt out via Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID.
In jurisdictions requiring consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland), the Application uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to collect consent before showing personalized ads.
Third-Party Services
The Application integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Google Play Services
- Google AdMob
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Apple App Store & StoreKit
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to these external services. We may disclose information to comply with legal requirements, protect safety, or investigate fraud.
Opt-Out Rights
- Uninstall the Application to stop all data collection.
- Adjust advertising tracking at the OS level (instructions above).
- Submit a data deletion request to kbsoft.support@gmail.com.
Data Retention
User-provided data is retained while the Application is in active use and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion of your data, email kbsoft.support@gmail.com or use the Delete Account form. We process requests within 7 business days.
Children's Privacy
The Application is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit or collect data from children under 13. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
