Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Pomodoro RPG ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not download or use the Application. Your use is also subject to the terms of the app store through which you obtained the Application (Apple App Store or Google Play).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application (or at least 16 years old if you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, where a higher minimum age applies for data processing consent). By using the Application, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are a minor, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has consented on your behalf.

2. License to Use

KBWorks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on devices you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Application
• Use the Application for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use cheats, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party tools to manipulate game data or progress
• Use the Application in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. In-App Purchases

The Application may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to that store's payment terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the store's own refund policy. KBWorks has no control over and assumes no liability for store-processed refunds.

5. Advertisements

The Application displays third-party advertisements via Google AdMob. These advertisements are governed by the respective advertiser's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Ad personalization is subject to your consent as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application, including all content, graphics, code, game mechanics, and branding, is the exclusive property of KBWorks and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not use KBWorks's name, logo, or other trademarks without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. KBWorks does not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Game progress may be lost if you uninstall the Application or if your device fails.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KBWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of game progress or data — arising from your use of or inability to use the Application, even if KBWorks has been advised of the possibility of such damages. KBWorks's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application in the twelve months preceding the claim (or USD $1 if you paid nothing).

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must cease using the Application and delete all copies from your devices.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

11. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KBWorks regarding use of the Application and supersede any prior agreements.

12. Changes to These Terms

KBWorks reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
